We're on the lookout for a Project Services Manager who's ready to take charge of a high-performing team and drive results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of project professionals – including coordinators, estimators, drafters, and managers
- Owning the flow of operations and ensuring smooth, efficient project execution from start to finish
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients – providing regular updates, managing expectations, and fostering long-term trust
- Overseeing estimates, quotes, invoicing, and administrative tasks with a sharp focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring your team is aligned with client goals and service standards
- Collaborating with sales, production, and support departments to deliver a seamless customer journey
- Making sure no detail is missed, while always keeping the big picture in view
- Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a project-driven environment
- 5-7 years in manufacturing or construction project management is a major plus
- A confident, decisive approach to team leadership and problem-solving
- AutoCAD experience is an asset
- Top-tier communication skills – written, spoken, and everything in between
- Strong organizational chops and the ability to juggle multiple priorities like a pro
- Proficiency in software tools; experience with SAP is a bonus but not a must
- Ability to generate, analyze, and act on reports and data
