Now, were looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help tell that story in bold, creative ways.

About the Role

As the Marketing Coordinator at CAREERS, youll be the engine that drives our brand forward. This isnt a role where you sit on the sidelinesyoull be hands-on, building campaigns from concept to completion, and seeing your work directly impact how students, educators, and employers engage with us.

Your days will be a mix of creativity and strategy. One morning you might be storyboarding TikTok content or filming a YouTube Short, the next youre writing a blog post, scheduling our monthly newsletter, or preparing event materials. Youll take the lead on managing our social platforms, keeping our feeds fresh, engaging, and aligned with whats trending. Comfortable on camera? Perfectyoull sometimes be the face of our brand, capturing authentic behind-the-scenes moments and telling stories that inspire.

Behind the scenes, youll also keep our marketing engine running smoothly. From building Asana tickets to managing requests from across the organization, youll make sure projects stay on track. Youll monitor performance across social, email, blogs, and webtracking KPIs and turning insights into smarter campaigns. With tools like Salesforce, WordPress, Loomly, and Hootsuite at your fingertips, youll balance creative storytelling with data-driven strategy.

What Youll Do

  • Manage CAREERS social presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube (including Shorts).
  • Write, edit, and schedule engaging content that reflects our brand voice.
  • Act as an on-camera representative, capturing stories, trends, and authentic behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters and campaign emails, tracking results and optimizing performance.
  • Write and schedule blogs, while managing content updates on our WordPress site.
  • Organize and track projects using Asana, turning requests into clear tasks and priorities.
  • Plan, support, and promote events of all sizesfrom workshops to award ceremonies.
  • Capture event content and repurpose it for social channels.
  • Monitor marketing analytics (social, email, blog, and web), report on KPIs, and recommend improvements.
  • Champion the CAREERS brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and projects.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role.
  • Proven experience with:
    • Social media strategy and content creation (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
    • Email marketing (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
    • Blog writing and WordPress management.
    • Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
    • CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Comfortable on camera and familiar with social/digital trends.
  • Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Analytical mindsetable to measure results, interpret KPIs, and act on insights.
  • Productive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about building a brand.
  • Curious, creative, and open to learning new tools or trying new approaches.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Envato Elements (or similar tools for design and video editing).
