Industrial Millwright – Full-Time (Ontario)

We are seeking independent, motivated, and skilled millwrights to join our growing team and contribute to the installation, maintenance, and servicing of mechanical systems across Ontario. Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks in accordance with health and safety regulations at customer sites.
• Install, maintain, and service industrial systems including conveyors, robots, automated cells, mechanical equipment, electric motors, and gearboxes.
• Inspect, replace, and repair mechanical components as required.
• Fabricate and install custom brackets for electrical and mechanical fixture mounting.
• Provide field service support to existing installations and equipment.
• Operate and maintain a service vehicle and ensure tools and parts are readily available.

Requirements:

• Completion of or enrollment in 426A or 433A Millwright Certification (we can assist with registration if not yet certified).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience managing and operating a service truck or field service vehicle is highly beneficial.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Full-time, in-person position

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a millwright or in a mechanical maintenance role (preferred but not required)
