Provide creative direction, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers or project collaborators.

Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Stay up to date with new tools, trends, and technology that could enhance creative output.
Optionally support motion, video, or digital content design for campaigns and social media.

A strong understanding of print production, vinyl cutting, and large-format printing.
Exceptional eye for typography, layout, and composition.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time without sacrificing creativity or quality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web and digital design.
