Currently, we are seeking a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team and provide full cycle support to our recruitment process and business stakeholders we serve. The key responsibilities of a Recruitment Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating recruitment related tasks including candidate screening, scheduling and completing interviews, assisting with candidate selection and extending employment offers
- Liaising with hiring managers and candidates for successful flow through the full recruitment cycle
- Coordinate all aspects of the pre-employment process, including scheduling pre-screening tests, criminal record checks, driver's abstracts, and reference checks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and all levels of management within the organization
- Working closely with personnel from the HR Department, as well as other departments to improve communication and efficiency.
- Ensure the end-to-end recruitment cycle is adhered to using the Applicant Tracking System and provide feedback to hiring managers on the overall recruitment and selection process to assist in facilitating the process.
- Responding promptly and professionally to all external applicants/candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the application and hiring process by providing them with information, answering their questions, and addressing concerns.
- Represent Technica at recruitment events including career fairs.
- Assist with other HR related tasks/projects as required
Qualifications
- University or College degree in a related field is considered an asset
- Previous experience in a recruitment, human resources, or related field is preferred
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time management skills
- Proficient in computer literacy (i.e., MS Office, Word, Excel)
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work independently
- Willing and able to undergo pre-employment testing as a condition of employment
