The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join the Edmonton team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-oriented environment and enjoys building relationships with clients in the architecture, design, and construction community.
In this position, you'll provide product knowledge, assist clients with selections, process orders, and collaborate closely with the outside sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
Engage with prospective and existing customers in-person, by phone, via email and by social media to support product inquiries and order requests
Provide expert product recommendations based on design needs, budgets, and project requirements
Network with personnel in the design industry to market the brand
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
Work collaboratively with designers, contractors, and builders to develop and maintain long-term relationships
Maintain product displays, samples, and showroom presentation standards
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination as required
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or showroom sales — ideally in building materials, tile, flooring, or related industries
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine interest in design and aesthetics
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability
Experience working as a brand ambassador and being commercial savvy
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
