Mechanical Design Engineer

Thinkpath Engineering Services is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to support a customer project in the Toronto, ON area expected to last 1 to 2 months. This would be a contract position.

The project will involve design support on a military vehicle program.

Responsibilites:

• Using models to check clearances and fit, adjusting as needed and creating/revising drawings to ASME standards for production readiness.
• Modeling and assembly integration using Inventor

Qualifications

• Strong experience with 3D modeling and drawing proficiency
• Degree or diploma in mechanical design
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Inventor
• Knowledge of ASME a plus
• Electromechanical experience a plus
• Candidates MUST be able to receive a CGP clearance, so Canadian citizenship or Permanent residency is required.
