- Develop and implement financial, sales, and operational plans to maximize profitability and revenue growth, meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Maintain outstanding product quality and meet brand standards across all departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk operations.
- Anticipate market trends and develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition while achieving revenue growth objectives.
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for. Create VIP service programs that enhance the guest journey.
- Build relationships with community stakeholders to promote the property as a preferred destination and ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
- A bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 5-10 years of progressive management experience within full-service, hotel. Experience with large-scale operations is a plus.
- Experience with a Unionized Environment
- A proven track record of success in financial management, team development, and driving guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and maintain positive guest relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to adapt and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Base Compensation 150-180K
