We are seeking an experienced Controller for a confidential client in the West GTA. This is a key leadership role overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, payroll, budgeting, and ERP implementation in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting (AR/AP, GL, reconciliations, reporting)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Oversee payroll processes with a focus on compliance and accuracy
- Partner with leadership to align financial insights with business goals
- Strengthen controls, policies, and audit processes
- Drive ERP implementation and improve financial systems
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and payroll team members
- CPA designation (or equivalent)
- 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Strong background in full-cycle accounting, payroll, and forecasting
- ERP implementation and systems experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of unionized payroll is an asset
