We are seeking an experienced Controller for a confidential client in the West GTA. This is a key leadership role overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, payroll, budgeting, and ERP implementation in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting (AR/AP, GL, reconciliations, reporting)
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Oversee payroll processes with a focus on compliance and accuracy
• Partner with leadership to align financial insights with business goals
• Strengthen controls, policies, and audit processes
• Drive ERP implementation and improve financial systems
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance and payroll team members

What We're Looking For

• CPA designation (or equivalent)
• 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Strong background in full-cycle accounting, payroll, and forecasting
• ERP implementation and systems experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of unionized payroll is an asset
