Overview
Responsible for the assembly and quality of Thermon made products. This position involves repetitive tasks that are essential to maintaining our high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include
- Repetitive assembly of industrial heating equipment
- Soldering and wiring small components
- Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and practices
- Maintain clean and organized work environment

Qualifications
