We are passionate about creating a calm, client-centered environment where healing and growth thrive.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a client-focused approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals in their wellness journey. You will work collaboratively with other practitioners to create comprehensive care plans that align with our holistic philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, effective, and personalized massage therapy treatments to clients.

  • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with CMTO standards and PHIPA regulations.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary practitioners (psychotherapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, etc.) to support integrated client care.

  • Educate clients on self-care, posture, and lifestyle practices to support ongoing wellness.

  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment.

  • Participate in occasional community events or workshops representing BWell Lounge.

Qualifications

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

  • Proof of professional liability insurance.

  • Experience in relaxation, deep tissue, or therapeutic massage (specializations such as prenatal, sports, or lymphatic drainage are an asset).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong commitment to client-centered care and ethical practice.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.

What We Offer

  • Beautiful, modern treatment rooms in a calm, spa-inspired clinic.

  • Full administrative support including scheduling, billing, and reception.

  • Access to shared client referrals from other health disciplines.

  • Flexible hours (part-time and full-time opportunities available).

  • Competitive compensation structure (independent contractor model and fee split).

  • Opportunity to grow with an expanding wellness brand focused on holistic and cultural wellness.
