Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full project lifecycle for industrial and commercial builds and renovations.

• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and field teams to ensure project alignment.

• Handle procurement, subcontractor management, and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience managing new industrial/commercial construction (precast/steel).

• 5+ years' experience in ICI renovations.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, and cost management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
