Job Details:
You are a Business Systems Manager.
You are passionate about scaling systems, connecting data, and empowering teams through technology. You'll lead the vision and execution for our enterprise applications — from Accounting and Project Management to HR, CRM, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform — ensuring every tool in our stack drives efficiency, insight, and growth.
You think in systems — seeing both the forest and the trees. You're a planner and an architect, designing the infrastructure that will support where we are today and where we're going tomorrow. You see how data, process, and technology interconnect — and you build for the future with intention and clarity.
You'll shape the roadmap for how our tools evolve, ensure integrations and automations flow seamlessly, and champion a culture of data integrity and continuous improvement. If you love building business systems that make work smarter, not harder — this is your opportunity to make a company-wide impact.
What are your responsibilities?
Own the enterprise applications strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for our business systems to support company growth.
Lead integrations and process automation: Design and implement cross-platform workflows, data flows, and automations that enhance efficiency and visibility.
Drive Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform adoption: Scale our collaboration and analytics capabilities to unlock self-service productivity.
Set data and governance standards: Establish best practices for data quality, permissions, and compliance across platforms.
Elevate performance and reliability: Implement SLAs, manage system health, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve uptime and user satisfaction.
Plan and architect for the future: See the big picture and the details — design scalable systems that anticipate business needs and connect the dots between teams, tools, and data.
Partner across the business: Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Delivery teams to translate business needs into smart, scalable technology solutions.
Own vendor and license management: Ensure we get maximum value from our SaaS investments.
Lead change management: Oversee testing, training, and communication to ensure successful adoption of new tools and updates.
What type of person should I be?
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications or leading technology transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to configure, integrate, and optimize ERP/Accounting, HRIS, and project management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Experience defining governance frameworks, data standards, and access policies.
- Track record of managing system rollouts, UAT, and user training with measurable adoption success.
- Collaborative, business-oriented mindset — you connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
Bonus Points For
- Experience scaling IT within a high-growth or professional services organization.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Kantata, UKG, SAP Concur, or leading CRM platforms.
- Experience integrating SaaS systems with iPaaS (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato).
- Exposure to AI tools, BI dashboards, or data warehouse initiatives.
- Leadership experience or an ambition to grow into people management.
Why Join Us:
This role sits at the intersection of technology and business impact — you'll shape the systems that power how we operate and grow. You'll have:
- Autonomy to define how our tools evolve and scale.
- Visibility across all teams and departments.
- Impact through work that makes a measurable difference every day.
You'll join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning — and you'll have the resources and trust to build what's next.
