Cosgrave Consulting & Management is seeking a reliable, organized, and flexible Part‐Time Administrator/Assistant to join our team.

Position Details:
- Part‐Time: 20 hours bi‐weekly (40 hours/month)
- Schedule: Flexible; some availability during regular business hours preferred
- Location: hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support: document prep, data entry, filing, correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing; QuickBooks experience is an asset
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle email/phone communication
- Light personal assistant (PA) duties as needed
- Property management support is an asset
- Adapt to daily operational needs and ad‐hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Good organizational & time management skills
- Professional demeanor; high level of discretion
- Ability to work independently and to juggle tasks
- Experience with property management and/or QuickBooks is a plus
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $22‐25/hour, depending on experience and relevant skills
