The Role
We need a Project Geotechnical Engineer who can own the technical and commercial success of land piling and ground-improvement projects from first borehole to final load test.
What You'll Do
Translate geotechnical reports into buildable pile and ground-improvement designs.
Plan and supervise pile load tests (static, PDA, CPT) and stone-column installation.
Verify pile embedment, material quality and installation tolerances in the field.
Troubleshoot unexpected soil conditions, obstructions or settlement issues with consultants.
Manage subcontractors, schedules and budgets to keep projects on time and on cost.
Mentor junior engineers and field staff; champion HSE best practices.
What You Bring
P.Eng. or P.Geo. (eligible for APEGBC) - or CET eligible for ASTTBC.
5+ years managing geotechnical or foundation projects (piling, shoring, ground improvement).
Strong command of driven piles, DTH drilling, stone columns, sheet piles and cofferdams.
Proven contract, schedule and budget oversight.
Clear communicator who thrives in a boots-on-the-ground environment.
