This role is accountable for developing and administering service repair quotes for our Service customers while ensuring exceptional responsiveness and accuracy. You will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering timely, courteous, and professional service.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our team. This role is accountable for developing and administering service repair quotes for our Service customers while ensuring exceptional responsiveness and accuracy. You will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering timely, courteous, and professional service.
Tasks
- Develop and manage the processes, tools, and resources required to deliver quick and accurate service repair quotes to branch customers.
- Research required parts and estimate labour times for service repair quotes.
- Create and maintain tools and databases, including:
- Business system quote standards
- Customer quote templates
- Labour time resource database
- Parts look-up processes
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide follow-up and technical support to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive quotes.
- Develop and implement a rollout plan for additional service branches.
- Education: College diploma or post-secondary education.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in service, parts, supply chain, or product support operations.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of the heavy equipment and/or truck & coach industry is an asset.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
