We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in measuring, assembling, and installing cabinets, countertops, and related fixtures with precision. This role requires strong carpentry skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, wardrobes, and custom cabinetry according to project specifications.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals.

  • Measure, cut, and fit cabinets ensuring alignment, balance, and proper finishing.

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely and effectively.

  • Make on-site adjustments to ensure a proper fit and seamless installation.

  • Collaborate with contractors, designers, and project managers to achieve client satisfaction.

  • Repair, replace, or adjust existing cabinetry when required.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Installer, Carpenter, or related role.

  • Proficiency in using woodworking tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

  • Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship.

  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift and install heavy cabinetry.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Valid drivers license (preferred) and willingness to travel to job sites.

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training in carpentry preferred).

  • Minimum 23 years of cabinet installation or carpentry experience.
