Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on large-scale commercial projects.

• Lead site staff, subcontractors, and trades to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively resolve on-site issues.

• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.

• Mentor and support junior site staff, contributing to team development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects valued at $10M+.

• Proven track record in managing institutional, commercial, or industrial (ICI) builds.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.

• Excellent understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.

• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
