We are a leading construction firm seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Site Superintendent to manage all on-site operations for a new 12-story high-rise project. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the successful execution of the project from formwork to final occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Take full ownership of all on-site activities, including safety, scheduling, quality control, and subtrade coordination.
• Schedule Management: Develop, manage, and enforce the project schedule to ensure all milestones are met and the project is completed on time.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and maintain a rigorous safety program in line with all regulations, conducting regular inspections and safety talks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Subtrade and Vendor Management: Oversee the performance and scheduling of all subcontractors and vendors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project plans.
• Quality Control: Conduct frequent and thorough inspections of all work, from concrete pours and structural framing to interior finishes, to maintain our high standards of quality.
• Blueprint and Specification Management: Confidently read, interpret, and apply all project drawings, specifications, and RFI's.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers, engineers, architects, and building inspectors, providing clear and timely updates.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on high-rise concrete construction projects.
• Proven expertise in managing all phases of a high-rise build, from formwork and concrete pours to building envelope and interior fit-outs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software is a strong asset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
