In this role you will be responsible for;

• Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

• Assess the insurance needs and recommend suitable coverages

• Provide detailed information on insurance policies, coverage options and pricing

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Follow up on leads and inquiries

• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and sales team targets

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and all sales activity

• Stay updated on industry changes, regulations and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Must be RIBO licensed

• Proven experience within a sales role or service position

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance coverages

• Demonstrate excellent organization skills by managing multiple projects and maintaining a structured approach to tasks and deadlines

• Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects

• Proficient in using CRM systems and other software
