We have 1 vacancy for a full time year round Warehouse Attendant to join our team in Whitefish Ontario. In this position, youll play a key role in keeping our parts and materials moving from processing and packing orders to coordinating shipments and maintaining accurate records. This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation:

$20 - $22 Hourly

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid communication skills for working with multiple departments.
• A positive, team-first attitude.

What will you be doing?

• Process customer orders daily with speed and accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and assist riggers at the back counter.
• Coordinate shipments with Purolator, Manitoulin, or other carriers, securing the best rates.
• Record all parts provided on work orders.
• Submit warranty claims for defective parts.
• Collaborate with production supervisors as needed.
• Receive incoming parts and store them appropriately in the warehouse.
• Complete receiving paperwork promptly and forward to accounting.
• Maintain a valid drivers license and insurable record when operating a company vehicle.
