Role Overview: Benefits Solutions Consultant

As a Benefits Solutions Consultant, you'll be the face of AO Globe Life for union members and other qualified clients. You'll guide individuals and families through their benefits options, helping them make confident, informed decisions about protecting their futures.

This is not cold calling—you'll work with pre-qualified leads who have requested coverage information.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients via Zoom to assess their benefit needs

• Present personalized life and supplemental health insurance solutions

• Build strong relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and value

• Explain policy features, costs, and coverage options clearly and professionally

• Manage follow-ups, applications, and service requests

• Maintain client records and stay current on product knowledge

• Collaborate with team leaders to continually improve and grow
