The Role:

As a Remote Client Success Specialist, you'll be the key point of contact for our policyholders, providing post-sale service and guidance on policies, claims, and benefits. You'll ensure clients feel supported, valued, and informed—delivering an outstanding insurance experience, all from the comfort of your home.

️ Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for existing clients via phone, email, and video calls

• Assist policyholders with coverage details, claim processes, and account updates

• Educate clients on policy benefits and resolve concerns with empathy and accuracy

• Maintain up-to-date client records in our CRM system

• Collaborate with the underwriting and benefits teams to ensure timely resolutions

• Support client retention through proactive outreach and problem-solving

✅ Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of customer service, insurance, or account management experience (preferred but not required)

• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM tools effectively

• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting

• Must reside in the U.S. or Canada

• Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
