Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

An established low-rise residential builder is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage a townhome project in the Halton region. The role requires someone with a strong track record in low-rise construction who can lead day-to-day site operations with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction activities for a multi-unit townhome site

• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and on-site logistics

• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards

• Enforce health and safety protocols

• Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in low-rise residential construction

• Direct experience running townhome sites

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with Ontario Building Code and site safety standards

• Consistent and reliable site presence
