Job Title: Cleaning Company Manager – Hybrid (Permanent, Full-Time)
Location: Surrey, BC (Hybrid – Office/Remote + Client Site Visits)

We are seeking a proactive and organized Manager to oversee operations, client relations, and business growth.

Position Overview
The Cleaning Company Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the business, including staff scheduling, invoicing, recruitment, client relationship management, and business development. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on client engagement and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

  • Oversee client invoicing, payment tracking, and basic financial reporting

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard cleaning staff to maintain workforce capacity and quality standards

  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution

  • Handle escalations and resolve operational or service concerns promptly

  • Conduct site visits to prepare quotes, assess service needs, and draft contracts

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular performance and financial reports

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service quality benchmarks

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or service industry

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, invoicing software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
