As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at their largest and most strategic location.

Position Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch activities, including operations, financial performance, and sales growth. This leadership role requires a proven track record in shoring and scaffolding, a deep understanding of the GTA construction market, and the ability to drive results across operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring equipment availability, safety compliance, and timely delivery of services

  • Lead and mentor branch staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance

  • Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

  • Monitor and control expenses to achieve profitability targets

  • Analyze branch performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and margin

Sales & Client Management

  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the branch's client base in the GTA

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company policies and profitability goals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in branch management or senior operations role within the shoring and scaffolding industry

  • Strong background in operations, finance, and sales

  • In-depth knowledge of the GTA construction market and key industry players

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and operational excellence

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with rental or construction management software an asset
