Position Title: BIM Modeler
Position Overview:The BIM Modeler plays a key role in the development of detailed shop drawings for window modules, ensuring precision, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to industry standards. This position requires close collaboration with drafting team members do deliver high-quality 2D and 3D design documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed Revit-based shop drawings aligned with project specifications and architectural requirements.
• Adhere to company drafting standards and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across all project deliverables.
• Work in coordination with Lead BIM Modelers and project teams to ensure clarity and completeness of all drawings.
• Support internal review processes to validate drawing accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance proficiency in Revit and other BIM-related tools and technologies.
• Assist with the creation and organization of project documentation, reports, and related technical materials as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in drafting or design support roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and 3D Revit
  • Willingness to learn new software and design methodologies
• Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
