C-Therm is recruiting for an Account Manager to join the Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual that resides in Fredericton.

What an Account Manager will do here

The objective of the Account Manager is to execute key customer fulfillment and support activities to meet the needs of clients and customers, working directly with the Operations Team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as main point of contact for clients.
  • Updating and maintaining customer records on Salesforce CRM and other platforms.
  • Order fulfillment administration.
  • Basic customer communication for initial technical support and general inquiries.
  • First-tier sales support, liaising with Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives as required.
  • Additional reporting, administration and tracking activities as required.

What will make you a perfect candidate

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Results-oriented.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and all basic MS Office programs.
  • Willing to learn a wide variety of skills and tasks related to technical subject matter.
  • Bachelors or College degree in any STEM field (BSc Chemistry, Engineering, etc.) is a significant asset.
  • Written and Spoken Competency in English; Knowledge of a 2nd language a significant asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and can work independently.
  • Quickly learn and apply complex, technical information.
  • Perform administrative and customer service tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking, with an international customer base.
