We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in residential construction to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to close-out. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep knowledge of residential building processes, strong financial oversight, and the ability to lead internal teams and subcontractors through successful project execution.

• Lead full project lifecycle: pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and close-out

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, and internal teams

• Develop and manage construction schedules and budgets

• Manage procurement and tendering processes

• Oversee site staff and ensure smooth communication between field and office

• Ensure all work complies with OBC, health & safety regulations, and company quality standards

• Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or budget overruns

• Conduct regular site visits and project reviews

• 7+ years of experience in residential construction, ideally with custom homes or low-rise multi-unit developments

• Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior PM delivering successful projects in the GTA

• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)

• PMP or Gold Seal certification is an asset
