Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales process from concept to completion
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive account development
• Build and grow your book of business by nurturing current relationships and prospecting new clients
• Partner with the sales manager to target strategic opportunities
• Source innovative promotional products through a vast supplier network
• Prepare compelling quotes and client proposals with creativity and speed
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan high-impact brand strategies

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales experience in promotional products or a related B2B environment
• A natural communicator who thrives on building meaningful relationships
• Creative thinker with a passion for solving problems and delivering value
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated to exceed expectations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A self-starter who's passionate about branding, marketing, and client success
