Were looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team and take ownership of our core IT systems and processes.
Reporting to our Sr. Manager, IT & InfoSec, this is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving technical problems, and values a proactive, learning-focused approach. Youll
be responsible for managing system infrastructure, provisioning hardware, and supporting a range of technology needs across the business.


Job Duties:

  • Build, configure, and maintain laptops and desktop hardware (primarily macOS and Windows).
  • Manage and monitor internal systems, network, cloud services, and infrastructure tools (e.g., Active Directory, MDM tools, SaaS tools, firewalls etc.).
  • Proactively identify areas for system optimization, automation, and improved reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across endpoints, software, and infrastructure.
  • Maintain asset management systems and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of employees.
  • Support patching, updates, and systems maintenance with a security-conscious mindset.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system requirements, upgrades, and implementations.
  • Document systems, procedures, and technical configurations for internal use.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to systems and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in systems administration or a similar IT infrastructure role.
  • Strong technical expertise in endpoint management, SaaS tools, identity/access management, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with hardware provisioning and imaging (macOS, Windows).
  • Familiarity with MDM, cloud-based admin tools, and system automation.
  • Proven track record of being a proactive problem-solver and self-starter.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to stay focused and deliver with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Security experience or certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.) are a bonus but not required.
