Overview:
The Account Manager Trainee program is an intensive 12-month program designed to teach you the fundamentals of recruitment. The goal is to train you to manage key client relationships, drive revenue, and lead a team of recruiters.The focus of this role is business development. Your main objective is to build relationships with senior & executive-level stakeholders across various organizations in order to market our services and uncover profitable hiring opportunities.

We hire for professional roles within accounting, finance, software, IT, administration, customer support & government. Since our launch, our firm has seen extremely rapid growth, and were looking for the right future leaders to continue scaling.
Key responsibilities:
- Uncover profitable recruitment opportunities in the Edmonton area by building relationships with senior & executive stakeholders across various organizations.
- Pitch service proposals to prospective clients.
- Spearhead B2B marketing campaigns.
- Help clients define the hiring criteria for their open roles.
- Oversee the fulfillment of open roles.
- Negotiate contract terms such as fees, durations, guarantees, and process.
- Full cycle recruitment duties as needed.
- Performance manage contract workers.
- Attend networking events.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- Must have polished communication & presentation skills.
- Must be able to learn new softwares and programs quickly.
- Must be able to think critically and troubleshoot problems independently.
Like To Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - BCOM or Accounting-focus is preferred.
- Previous B2B sales experience.
- Previous Accounting experience.
