Qualifications:
Extensive Senior-Level Network Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in network engineering, architecture, and consulting, with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise network environments.
Deep Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in Cisco enterprise networking solutions (routers, switches, wireless, SD-WAN).
- Strong knowledge of network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC)
- In-depth understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (STP, VLANs, EtherChannel).
- Experience with data center networking (ACI, Nexus) is a plus.
- Proficiency with network monitoring, management, and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with VoIP and collaboration technologies.
Project Execution & Leadership: Proven ability to execute network projects, often under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues quickly and effectively.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Integration Experience (Preferred): Demonstrated experience in network integration projects resulting from corporate mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, ideally within the energy or utility sector.

Certifications (Preferred): Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent.
