Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This role will involve supporting Accounting functions, as well as assist the executive team with their day-to-day functions. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to other departments, with ample room for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support and front desk reception duties
  • Process purchase orders and handle accounts payable (AP) functions
  • Coordinate office operations and maintain efficient workflow
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
  • Proficiently use QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous executive assistant experience is an asset

Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with construction companies considered a key asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Time and payroll experience preferred
  • Experience with sage 50 is an asset
  • Experience with AP/AR preferred
