What You'll Do:You'll be the heartbeat of multimodal transit planning, working closely with drivers, terminals, and key partners like Oceanex, CN, and CP to ensure everything stays on track. From real-time shipment tracking to making sure our drivers have everything they need to succeed, you'll tackle operational challenges head-on and help deliver excellence every step of the way. Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep safety and operational procedures top of mind in all you do
  • Collaborate with business partners and customers to keep freight moving
  • Maximize equipment use and avoid unnecessary costs through smart planning
  • Support multimodal transit across trucks, vessels, and rails
  • Help plan cost-effective, efficient transit routes
  • Keep drivers informed and equipped with all paperwork and trip details
  • Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and work with carriers to keep things moving
  • Take care of admin tasks like billing, RV creation, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve and share them with the team
  • Jump into meetings, training, and team huddles to stay aligned
  • Help plan driver vacation coverage and update leadership on transit visibility
  • Support the Multimodal Operations Manager as business needs evolve
