-general husbandry skills including feeding, watering, moving animals, prepping and washing rooms, detection of illness in animals as well as treatment, environment control

- breeding - AI breeding, heat detection, boar exposure, animal condition rating, cull selection, receiving gilts and shipping culls, preg checking and record keeping

- must follow and maintain biosecurity protocols and company policies

- basic barn maintenance including heat lamps, water nipples, pen/stall/crate repairs

- maintain data for records and production targets

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years minimum experience in the hog industry

- passion for animals

- goal orientated, motivated and self-driven

- ability to work well with others and to create a good team atmosphere
