- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial windows and doors, including glass, frames, and hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues such as broken seals, damaged frames, or faulty mechanisms.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to fit window openings.
- Take on-site measurements for production of windows, doors, and/or glass manufacturing.
- Seal and weatherproof windows to ensure durability and energy efficiency.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.
- Document work completed and report any issues or recommendations.
- Previous experience as a Window Service Technician or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of different window types, installation techniques, and repair methods.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
