POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Director is responsible for generating revenue for the business by hunting for new clients, working with select existing partners and clients, and participating in strategic growth initiatives. This role requires frequent client presentation, and some travel to events and client meetings.& &
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
& 1. Hunting new client logos
·& & & & & & Understand current client base and leverage referrals, social connections, industry events, RFPs, and partners to generate new client meetings.
·& & & & & & Design tailored IT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud, networking, and security, in partnership with Supra Solutions Engineer.
·& & & & & & Provide business-level expertise in Managed IT Services, Managed Security, and Cloud Solutions.
& 2. Proposal Development Presentation
·& & & & & & & & Prepare business technical proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and solution documents.
·& & & & & & & & Collaborate with internal teams to create pricing models and project estimates.
·& & & & & & & Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry best practices.
& 3. Customer Engagement Presentations
·& & & & & & Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
·& & & & & & Address customer concerns and technical objections during the sales cycle.
·& & & & & & Lead workshops and discussions to showcase capabilities and value proposition.
& 4. Collaboration with Internal Teams
·& & & & & & Work with Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Account management teams to ensure processes are followed and potential opportunities are maximized.
·& & & & & & Work with solution architects and service delivery teams for seamless project handovers.
·& & & & & & Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS REQUIRED
·& & & & & & Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
·& & & & & & Experience: 3-7 years in IT Sales
REQUIRED SKILLS:
·& & & & & & Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking concepts.
·& & & & & & Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, and enterprise IT solutions.
·& & & & & & Experience with Managed IT Services and Digital Transformation projects.
·& & & & & & Experience with Managed Cybersecurity Services.&

RELEVENT CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):

- Cisco (CCNA, CCNP)
- ITIL, PMP (for process and project management knowledge)
- Cybersecurity: CISSP, CEH, Security+, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT TRAVEL
·& & & & & & Hybrid Environment.& Must be able to work from the Brampton office at least 2 days per week.&
