What Youll Do

• Greet and support patients with warmth and care
• Schedule appointments (using Abeldent software)
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system

What Were Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental office
• Experience with Abeldent, Accounts Receivable, and Insurance (an asset)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident phone presence and multitasking ability
