We're looking for a Fleet Manager—a self-starter who sees the fleet not just as a set of vehicles, but as a critical component of our growth strategy and product innovation. You're driven by results, excited by collaboration, and passionate about leveraging technology to enable smarter, faster, more efficient operations.
You'll work at the intersection of operations, product, and technology to help us scale sustainably while delivering exceptional customer and franchisee experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you'll partner closely with franchise partners, field teams, vendors, and our technology team to ensure our fleet strategy fuels business performance, product advancement, and digital transformation across North America and Australia.
???? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in the office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM to 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
????Your Impact
- Drive fleet-led growth strategy – Lead the evolution of our fleet to support system-wide expansion and enable new service offerings, customer experiences, and operational efficiencies.
- Enable smarter forecasting – Lead fleet demand forecasting and performance reporting to drive faster, more informed decisions across operations and tech teams.
- Collaborate with Product & Tech – Shape tools and platforms that improve fleet tracking, asset lifecycle management, route optimization, and real-time data visibility.
- Build scalable systems – Co-develop tech-enabled processes and tools that allow fleet operations to scale predictably as the business grows.
- Innovate with intent – Identify and test fleet innovations—such as new truck designs, custom hardware, and connected devices—that create tangible impact on service delivery and operational cost.
- Improve digital fleet management – Enhance telematics and fleet software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with company-wide platforms.
- Support brand consistency and reliability – Work with Compliance and Product teams to ensure all trucks are aligned with evolving brand standards.
- Develop talent system-wide – Design training programs and learning tools for franchisee fleet managers supported by digital platforms and dashboards.
- Optimize vendor network – Negotiate and manage vendor relationships aligned with our pricing strategy, fleet specifications, and service standards.
????What You Bring
- 5+ years leading international fleet operations with a strong strategic and operational lens
- A tech-savvy mindset with experience collaborating with software, product, or digital transformation teams
- Strong product thinking—translating ops needs into scalable tools
- Expertise in fleet supply chains, procurement strategy, and vendor management
- Confidence with reporting and KPIs to guide decisions
- Mechanical and operational understanding of fleet systems
- Cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Passion for innovation, optimization, and scaling smart systems
???? Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $90k – $105k per annum
(Actual salary offered will be based on experience, education, and internal equity.)
