Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid 310S (Automotive Service Technician) or 310T (Truck and Coach Technician) license and possess hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles or heavy-duty equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles and equipment in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines

• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software

• Complete work orders, inspection sheets, and repair logs accurately and timely

• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and correctly the first time

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Communicate effectively with service advisors, supervisors, or customers regarding vehicle status and repair recommendations

• Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques through training and certifications

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification (310S or 310T license)

• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience preferred

• Valid Ontario G-class driver's license (DZ or AZ may be required depending on role)

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools, mechanical systems, and repair procedures

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and service manuals

• Physically able to lift heavy parts and tools, and work in various environments

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety standards
