About us:

Pillway is transforming the digital pharmacy experience through data, technology, and innovation. We deliver end-to-end pharmacy services across Canada, supporting chronic care, lifestyle health programs, and partner integrations.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help shape scalable, patient-focused solutions that power our next phase of growth.

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead critical initiatives across our digital health and pharmacy services. You will work cross-functionally to define, prioritize, and deliver features that directly impact patients, clinicians, and enterprise partners. This includes both core product experiences and new capabilities like AI-powered triage, partner integrations, and workflow automations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from strategy to execution — across key focus areas (e.g., lifestyle programs, chronic care, pharmacy workflows, AI features)

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and pharmacy teams to define requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

  • Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps, user stories, and sprint plans

  • Coordinate with external partners on integration needs, including APIs, authentication, and white-label flows

  • Work closely with data and AI teams to introduce intelligent features that enhance care delivery and operational efficiency

  • Use data, feedback, and research to drive product decisions and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to the long-term vision for a scalable, modern digital health platform

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in digital platforms, health tech, SaaS, or a related space

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product workstreams

  • Experience with agile methodologies and product tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Confluence)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working with engineering teams on technical features, APIs, and integrations

  • Interest in applying AI/ML where it adds value to product experiences (clinical or operational)

  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments

Why Join Us?

  • Shape the future of digital pharmacy and tech-enabled care in Canada

  • Build impactful products that help patients live healthier lives

  • Work on a platform that blends traditional services, modern UX, AI capabilities, and B2B integrations

  • Collaborate with a passionate and growing team

  • Competitive compensation, and real ownership

Join us at Pillway for a chance to shape the future of digital healthcare, where your work impacts lives daily, and innovation meets inclusivity.
