About the Opportunity

As ourProcurement Lead, youll play a critical role in delivering value to both our clients and internal teams by ensuring the right technology is sourced at the right time, for the right price. Working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, youll oversee the full procurement lifecyclefrom vendor management and product sourcing to quoting, purchasing, and inventory oversight.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, strategic thinking, and strong vendor relationships directly impact our operational success. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with client needs and business goals. Creating, owning and executing on procurement processes including but not limited to:
o Creating quotes and opportunities
o Ordering, creating, updating, and handing off tickets and projects
o Tracking hardware orders, troubleshooting issues
o Invoicing
o Creating and updating recurring, T&M, Block Hour and Fixed Price Contracts
o Maintaining Procurement Module (Products, Purchasing & Fulfillment, Delivery/Shipping)
o Facilitating returns
o Initiating, quoting and following up on renewals for Meraki, Palo Alto, M365, Adobe, Domains
and SSL Certificates and other products/services
o Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting the quote app
o Winning quotes & opportunities
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure our clients have the right products and services in a
timely manner.
- Creating, owning and executing Inventory Management processes
o Coordinating counts with broader inventory team (quarterly for the time being)
o maintaining an accurate inventory of Stock, customer owned goods, projects-related, internal
use and any other hardware types in all offices
- Leading Vendor Relationship Management for Procurement related vendors
o Taking the lead on billing issues
o Finding increase value or reduced cost (without sacrificing quality or speed)
o Coordinating with TLC team members and departments when needed
- Leading the procurement team to deliver a Category of One experience by:
o Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
o Setting and maintaining team goals
o Discovering training needs and provide coaching
o Completing one on ones with individual team members
o Managing your teams performance

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of procurement experience in the IT industry, preferably in a Managed Services Provider or value-added reseller (VAR) environment
  • Proven experience sourcing and purchasing hardware (servers, laptops, firewalls, etc.) and software/licensing (Microsoft, M365, security tools, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of vendor and distributor ecosystems
  • Excellent vendor relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking orders, quotes, and inventory
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in procurement or PSA tools
