Join a rapidly growing eyewear company! You will be providing customer service and optician support to the retail stores businesses through email and phone communications. This is a full-time position offering a salary of $50,000 - $65,000. Temporary position leading to permanent for the right candidate!
Hours: 8 am shift - available between 6 am PST and 7 pm PST
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retail stores across Canada, handling queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage order placement, tracking, and updates with internal and third-party labs, ensuring clear communication with stores.
- Maintain accurate data and records to support customer service operations and decision-making.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries, offering support on job feasibility, prescription-related questions, and general service needs.
- Process lab, store, and warranty credit claims in line with company standards, including assessment and store communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share information, resolve issues, and support departmental goals.
- Follow SOPs consistently and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Escalate concerns and provide regular updates to the Customer Services Supervisor as needed.
Skills and Experience Essential:
- Optician with strong customer focus with a positive, approachable, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner and open, honest interaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
- Demonstrates a willingness to exceed expectations and handle store feedback or complaints professionally.
- Basic understanding of optics and related service needs.
