Automotive Detailer/Rustproof Technician

Reports To: Store Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of products, tools, and equipment used in facility
• Experience in automotive detailing is an asset but not required

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle detailing operations to established standards
• Vacuuming, cleaning, and shampooing interior with cleaning and extracting equipment
• Power wash exterior of vehicle
• A valid driver's license and good driving record is required
• Paint correction and application of Ziebart approved paint protection products
• Final detailing the vehicles for customer deliveries
• Drill access holes in body metals
• Spray various rust protection products inside panels & underbody as required
• Perform rust protection services to established standards
• Produce work in a timely manner
• Maintain safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Previous auto detailing experience not necessary, but highly valued
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to engage in physical work
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• A valid driver's license is an asset but not required
