  • Handle scheduling, client onboarding, and document processing

  • Maintain accurate digital records and protect confidential information

  • Support advisors with daily administrative duties and projects

  • Uphold all compliance, privacy, and security standards

  • Follow internal policies and procedures as set out by the company
