We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated individual to support advisory services for international clients. The successful candidate will act as an advisor to current and new clients. They will create deliverables including technical analysis frameworks, Power BI dashboards, and presentations. They will conduct detailed and extensive analyses and write technical reports. They will also support client teams in the development and deployment of processes and procedures. This role is dynamic and fast-paced. The Position
We are currently recruiting a Construction Advisor to join our team. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team of thought leaders to provide organizational and project-based consulting services.

Education and Experience
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Project management certification is an asset (SCPM, PMP)
- P6 certification is an asset
- Power BI certification is an asset
- Experience
- Well-versed in construction project planning and coordination
- Experience developing and documenting business requirements
- Well-versed in project controls best practices (scheduling, cost management)
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and interpreting project schedules
- Minimum 5 years of on-site project experience
- Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience analyzing large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an asset
- Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) experience is an asset
