What You'll Do:

• Customer Service & Client Management

- Contact and assist union members or other pre-qualified leads.

- Explain benefits and coverage options.

- Provide ongoing support for existing clients.

• Sales & Enrollment

- Present insurance policies tailored to families, individuals, or union groups.

- Help clients complete paperwork and enroll in insurance products.

• Team Collaboration

- Work within a team structure

• Work Remotely

- 100% remote/virtual, requiring a strong internet connection and self-management.
