Brand Momentum is looking for Brand Ambassadors/Promo Models in Ancaster for one of our clients (Halo Top).

Overview:
We're excited to announce an opportunity for Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to join our team for the upcoming Halo Top Roadshow at various Costco locations nationwide. We are looking for energetic, committed, and outgoing individuals to join our marketing team as Brand Ambassadors. This role involves engaging with customers inside Costco stores at the Halo Top sampling booth, promoting our product. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences that turn interactions into potential sales.

Location: Burlington

Compensation: Starting $22 per hour

  • Costco, 100 Legend Court, Ancaster, ON, L9K 1J3, between Aug 19 - Aug 31

Candidates must be available for 2-3 hour PAID and mandatory virtual training: week of Jul 28 (exact date/time TBD)

Requirements:

  • At least one BA (ideally both) must have a valid driver's license.
  • All shifts are 6 hours shift on Costco peak hours to assist on the pick and pack purchasing process of the
  • location will have 11-day activation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intercept and engage Costco shoppers in a warm and professional manner.
  • Communicate key brand messaging and showcase product benefits.
  • Direct shoppers to the CDS sampling station (sampling is managed exclusively by CDS).
  • Guide shoppers through the Pick & Pack process:
  • Introduce the 4 available flavors.
  • Instruct on selecting any 3 flavors of choice.
    Chocolate Caramel Brownie, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Cookies & Cream, and Birthday Cake
  • Provide a pre-labeled bag with the Unique UPC for the bundled 3 pints for $ price.
  • Support conversion by answering questions and reinforcing the product value proposition.
  • Maintain compliance with Costco protocols and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality, comfortable approaching and engaging with people.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate the brand message.
  • Punctual, responsible, responsive, and able to work independently.

Working Conditions:
This role requires standing at the Halo Top booth for the duration of the shift.

Important Note:
BMI BAs are not food handler certified and are therefore not permitted to sample products or enter behind the freezer/booth area. All food handling is strictly managed by CDS staff.
