4. Demonstrating and instructing students on the proper use of welding equipment and machinery.
5. Ensuring safety procedures are followed during all welding activities.
6. Evaluating students' performance and providing feedback to help them improve.
7. Conducting practical assessments to certify students' competency in welding.
8. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in welding technology and techniques.
9. Managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
10. Assisting in procurement of welding materials and maintenance of the equipment.
11. Performing administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, grading assessments, and reporting to the academic board.
